Joomla & PHP Expert for Affiliate website customization

Hi,
I am creating an affiliate shopping websites based on the productfeed of the merchants / shops. I am using Joomla 3.1 with the addon component called affiliatefeeds, see [url removed, login to view] for more information. I am using the warp template framework of yootheme.com.
I am looking for a good developer that can turn my ideas in a working website. I have some technical knowledge but sometimes it gets to technical for me. The base of the website is already done, you only have to configure and customize the website to my needs.
I am looking for a long term relationship where I will give you small and large tasks over a longer time period. So this is not only a 1 time job. Therefore I think working on hourly basis is the best solution.
Worker requirements:
• has good skills in Joomla 3.1. You can work with template overrides, you can work with yootheme warp framework.
• You have good experience and knowledge of php scripting.
• CSS and html to customize the design and template, and datafeeds configuration. It would be very nice if you have experience in creating affiliate websites.
• You can work on hourly basis and have done more projects on hourly rate.
• You have good communication skills and can speak, understand and talk English very well

Configure datafeeds scripts (Callback funtions):
callbacks are php-functions used to filter and manipulate feed data. You can see an explanation and examples here: [url removed, login to view]
Example:
1. For one feed I want to change the title of all products. Currenlty the title is:
Salomon XR MISSION W Trail hardloopschoenen Groen, I want to change this in only the product type: Salomon XR MISSION W. So Trail hardloopschoenen groen has to be removed.
2. For one feed I only want to import products that have “trail” in the product title and in the category field.
This project will contaion a lot of these small feed adjustments. This is very important for me to get the website working in good order.
Make or implement customized scripts for joomla:
The component I use is very good but sometimes basic. I have specific wishes that needs to be created. Therefore new scripts that work well with the component have to be made.
For example:
• The component now only shows 1 image on the productpage, there are multiple images available in the feed and I want to show these on the productpage.
• Currently the images are not saved locally. I want to implement a script that saves the images locally, see: [url removed, login to view]
• I want to show related products of the same vendor in a module. This is a new script that has to be made
Adjust and optimize design / css wishes (basic)
Several mostly small css styling changes so that new scripts will look nice. For example, on the productpage I want to show related images. This has to be styled so that it looks nice. We can work with examples of other websites and the current template I use has a lot of styling options already.
