partial website update - repost

I need someone;

1. to edit my existing horizontal and vertical css menu by customizing and adding all of the menu names. For href"" just use "#" and I'll update the links later.

2. create new files, based on the menus, from existing php templates and save as [url removed, login to view] and its own folder, which you'll need to create as well

3. you will be changing the current picture Gallery with videos (see attached file for further instructions)

I'm having trouble viewing foundation-icon-general and IcoMoon image fonts in FireFox 18...though I suspect its a FireFox issue because I can view the fonts in IE. If you have a suggestion for replacement please let me know.

Also, please make sure you have the ability to test site in other popular browser such as Chrome, Opera, Safari, Also the ability to test in various mobile devices as this template is responsive.

[ADDITION] Please let me know if you are able to add a simple CMS to this project and what your additional fee is. If you do have a simple CMS, please provide admin demo, if possible, and how the CMS would be updated. Thank you.
