70337 Dynamic Page Break

Please see the attached document for our basic terms of service and make note of the "coding requirements" section. ------------- This project is listed as coldfusion / javascript, but may be more of a combined CSS style sheet solution we are looking for. Overview: Concept is pretty simple. We are dynamically populating a page using possibly coldfusion or PHP, bringing in actual content via a database, into a "print friendly" type page. Ideally we want few things to happen though in this page when someone goes to print it out: 1. Have a automatic print page break, based upon setting page margins to say roughly 1 inch on top/bottom/left/right sides. 2. Have it automatically add in a specific graphical header ([url removed, login to view]) into top of every printed page. 3. If someone is viewing it as a regular HTML document, it will only show the above header at top of page. 4. Main page content, queries, etc shall be added in after and should be easily editable. Think in terms of printing a MS Word document with a preset graphical/text header, versus trying to print out a basic HTML page where you normally can only have a single graphical header at top of the page. I know this is possible and have seen it done using style sheets, but not sure how to get the graphical header piece to print on top of every page. Here is example of great tutorial covering basics without the header: [url removed, login to view] We just need to figure out how to get the header graphic to appear automatically though on every page that prints. Since the page is to be database driven, we cant hardcode the graphical header into it or it will never line up right for each record being used. If you can provide a demo page to use using any dynamically pulled coding (or static if you wish for demos) that we can openly see only shows one graphical header at top, BUT upon printing shall show at top of each page....then you got the job! Give at least 3 printed pages worth in your example. Dont care what the text within shows, as long as it works for us. Thanks.
