Rich Internet App SMS

I need a quick Browser client (Ajax/RIA) for clients to send SMS messages to groups within a contact list.

Needs log on and saved password for sign on and checking with Sql database if in credit.

Ability to select from 3 or four filters or subgroups.

Message History

Will be wanting to see a demo application

Backbase/Laslo/Ruby on Rails tell me if they fit and how.
