Java software Update

This youtube link shows a demo of an old version of my software ([login to view URL]), but will give you a basic idea.....It is 2d right now.

I would want a "3d cluster cloud"

I want my program to be able to open 2D files (jpgs) and 3D files (.DAE) files......dae files can come from Google Sketchup, Solidworks, 3dmax, Rhino etc. after converted, and I want calculations to be done in either 2 or 3 dimensions.

If you have previous experience doing such conversions, please bid. Don't bid if you dont have any experience.
