client server app (kind of a simple quiz game)

I want an iPhone app (kind of a simple game but no need for any complex animations or graphics, kind of a quiz type game, will provide the exact details to selected bidder).
I want to use Google App Engine for the backend with php and mysql.
The backend/server will store information about each user like a unique ID, name, score, etc. (no need for user registration/Login, this will make development easier).
The app will have different tabs/screens like 1. play, 2. top players/ranking, 3. share with facebook/twitter, 4. profile settings, etc
On the server side i want some functionality like mysql event scheduler to create a list of top players each day and update some records.
A basic admin panel on the server side for me to see the list of top players.
Push notifications to notify the winners.
I want a clean and simple design (iOS 7 look and feel) but no need to do any graphics as i will provide you those.
IT IS A MUST THAT YOU HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE WITH GOOGLE APP ENGINE.
The app is pretty simple and straight forward. I am a programmer myself so i have already figured out how most of the things need to be done and please be open to changes (i will pay extra for them if required).
+ Admob and iAds integration
For backend i have decided to use Google App Engine with Java and mysql instead of PHP.
