Small fix list in wp site

I have a site being built using sitemile project theme. Some customizastions to looks has been done, however because of a bad developer the database has been cleared and I need the fixes listed in the attached file done. These should take up to 2 hours for a person who knows what he is doing since I have detailed it all, my budget for these tasks is 25 dollars. Hoping to meet a good developer and continue the rest of the project with him as well.

Feel free to bid on my other posting where I wanted to work hourly for all of the site but because it is taking a lot time to settle with developers all the details, I may go with few fixed projects instead.

I am going to check this post in about 8-10 hours and award it, and need the work finished by 24 hours. Only bid if you can take and handle this job with in next 24 hours please. I have wasted a lot of time waiting for people so I dont have anymore time left to waste and I wont appriciate delays on the deadline.
