Create Wordpress theme clone of example site.

Create a Wordpress theme based on the look and feel of rednecktubejr.com. I will have completely different content and unlike that site people who join will not upload content. I will be responsible for content. Other than that all other aspects of the site (i.e. Most Recent, Most Viewed, Most Rated, etc.) should function the same. There should be Wordpress plug ins to handle everything.

The following changes are required:

Landing page:

1) On head search box gets replaced with image where a banner can be sold. Banner must be controlled at the page and not by CSS because I want it to

change on a state by state basis. Same with "TV" in middle of blue box.

2) Replace left and right columns with images where advertising can be sold. Controlled at page like above.

3) On upper right "SIGN IN" changed to "AGENT SIGN IN" and "SIGN UP" changed to "AGENT SIGN UP"

4) Box next to donkey logo changed to "Click here for all types of vehicle insurance. Service by a licensed insurance agent." and link to /quotes/. Can be an image too.

5) Shorten height of middle blue box where TV screen is to have same amount of edge at bottom as at top.

6) Change links on menu bar to "Videos" and "Pictures." Make "Jokes" to "Blog."

7) Remove current side columns and replace with image blocks that can be sold for advertising. End them at the bottom of "Just Uploaded Images."

8) Remove from the center everything after images (which will change to "Just Uploaded Pictures")

9) Make "RNT Just Uploaded Videos" just say "Just Uploaded Videos"

10) Remove "Upload" buttons everywhere

Videos page:

1) Remove left colmn top box (currently labeled "RNT Video")

2) With now smaller box only move to top. Inside box remove "My Playlists." Change "Browse Videos" to "Suggest Video" and link to "[login to view URL]"

3) Put in several image blocks on left column that can be sold for advertising.

4) In center column remove "RNT Just Playing Videos"

Pictures page:

1) Remove "RNT Just Viewing Photos" from center column

2) Reduce "Categories" choices to "Parking Wall Of Shame," "Awesome Rides" and "Miscellaneous"

3) Add link to Catagories "Suggest Photo" and link to "[login to view URL]"

4) Remove "Phoeo Album" box on left column and reaplace with image block that can be sold for advertising.

Jokes Page (now blog):

Left column boxes aside, the center tab layout of this page is how the two pages above will start out when I say "remove Just playing videos or Just viewing photos". But make it a standard blog page with a standard layout. Should have a header for "The Voices of Reason" and then standard blog format with recent entries and click to expand a story type stuff. Left column would contain links to past stories by standard blog layout. For example see california-insurance-news.com. But put the information in the right column in the left. Remove "Meta" section. Do not allow comments to be posted or people to join.

Remove bottom left box.

If you can not read the entire post above and communicate questions and concerns clearly and concisely, you probably shouldn't bid on this job. Estimated total work time should be 16 hours or less.

Finished product must be running on a server where all aspects can be tested by me. It must be delivered as a legitimate Wordpress theme that I can install on my domain that runs Wordpress.
