I need to create a Wordpress Template according to this site: [login to view URL]
* Where Home Page looks like the Home Page in the given url.
* There should be a "Contact" Page similar to [login to view URL] and without the map. I recommend to use the plugin [login to view URL] but you can recommend another one. This should be a page with category "main_menu"
* There should be a "About Me" Page similar to [login to view URL] It is only a Simple Page with the category "main_menu"
* There should be a "My Products" Page similar to [login to view URL], this page should have the same filter (All Categories, Residential, Offices, Infrastructure, Industrial) but additionally when you click on any option's filter the url should add a hash (#foo) in order to call later the url directly with the filter applied. This should be a Page with the category "main_menu", and any of the products shown within this page will be Pages with Category "products" showing the title and the featured image of them
* The list of post (category) should looks like attached image [login to view URL] (That's the same of the below part of the home)
* The single post page should looks according the author, but it has to have the same styles of [login to view URL]
Important Consideration:
* I will use Disqus for comments
* It should works on the last Wordpress version
* The header and footer menu should show in the whole website only link to pages with the category "main_menu"
* Lightweight
* The theme should be Responsive as the HTML example is.
* favicon is very important (attached)
* Contact page should send email
* If you want to use additional plugins to "Contact Form 7" and "Polylang"
