Facebook groups posting software (custom)

I am looking for professional facebook programmers who speak fluent English and live and breathe Facebook - they must know it inside out, be great with security and be on hand for advice and tips when I need last minute changes,

My problem:

We market items and often post them in certain groups in Facebook.

Example: There may be an existing group called : Facebook Internet Marketing Center.

I can already manually join the group, manually add a post when I market an item and/or add a photo/video.

Current problems:

My problem is I often post the same item/listing to multiple groups, and this is a chore. I am a member of dozens of groups and post the same ad to all of these.

Solutions/ideas:

Please can you quote to create software/an app???? that allows me to Post an item (Text), URL, Photo, Video to multiple Facebook groups we've joined. Example of a my Post: Social Media... “Once you can understand where the conversation is, who leads, the type of voices and the best place for you to add your voice, you can then start becoming a more active participant.” To include URL / Photo or Video. Once a Facebook Group is joined, the software should be able to upload a list of the groups that I manually join.

The software should post the same ad to each group at the same time with one click of a button. Should post to Facebook Groups, Twitter,YouTube, LinkedIn, Blogger,

Let me know what you think.. Im thinking it should be a standalone piece of software with a back office. In conjunction with this, it would be desirable to have affiliate members to enter register also to use the software (and this should be checked via a database at my main site(not yet created), and they will be charged a recurring fee to use the software.

Id also like it to revoke access if they ever cancel their subscription or ask for a refund.
