I need an expert in PHP and also Paypal WebPayment Pro to do the following:
1. Move 2 websites to a new hosting company (websites are not very large, about 1-2 GB total).
2. Setup and test database which is running on PHP.
3. Install and setup a Paypal WebPayment Pro system which is currently written in ASP. So the project is to rewrite the code into PHP and successfully install it with SSL protection which will be provided. The ASP code and source files are available so it simply has to be rewritten.
I am looking for quick turnaround time and would like to go 1 website at a time. My current host is a nightmare, so time is of the essence.
I am looking for someone who is a real expert and can do this in time promises. Bids above the posted budget will be considered from real experts and experienced developers.
