edit and add spam check on 3 forms

I have 3 forms where people can sign up. I need a spam check that prevents sql injection attacks and prevents html links. Any attempt to send html code with the form prevents the form from being sent at all.

On one form, there ia two radio buttons and text field. If someone enters info into the text field, the radio buttons should turn off.

On one form, add phone field to payment info and separate city and state into two fields

Must be finished in 2 days.

Must see daily progress.

Must work the same in IE6+, Firefox, Safari, Chrome
