I'm looking for an expert phonegap developer who can develop a journal app for my staff.

Here are the features:

Admin Panel

a) User management - ability to add my supervisors with details like name, phone, address, city, state, email, password, associated projects

b) Project management - ability to add projects with details like project name, description, timezone, address, city, state

c) Journal management - ability to view journals on user OR project OR both basis. i.e. any journals which are created by staff is visible in the backend

Phonegap app (should work on Android and iOS):

a) Supervisor login - supervisor/users can login to the app

b) Project screen - users would be able to see all their associated projects (they should NOT see all projects but ONLY projects which I attach in the backend)

c) Project setting screen - user would be able to see project description, timezone, address, name, etc.

d) Journal screen - on click of a project, supervisor would be able to add journal entries in which he would be able to add journal description. Journal entries would be automatically timestamped, i.e. current date and time should be associated with it. Also, using GPS, user current location should be captured.

You should provide full source code once the project is delivered and I would own the copyrights of the project. I'm looking for bug free work.
