We are wanting to customize our OTRS Help Desk interface to match our existing site.
We need the following completed:
1.) We need a new theme / skin on our Agent and CUSTOMER FRONTEND that is similar with our current webpage design.

This design has to be reflected in our OTRS Help Desk interface.
The OTRS site consists of the following sections that need to be modified:
1.) Agent dashboard
2.) Customer dashboard
3.) Customer login page

There will be no payment in advance. You get paid when you finish. You must finish within ONE WEEK or you don't get paid.
Only respond if you're a professional worker and you know how to work with CSS, Java, dtl etc. as the OTRS consists of.

I can make the wished theme/skin as similar as possible to your web site. The work will be done on my server and when you are satisfied I will send you the theme and needed doc how to install/use.
