Develop a SIMPLE Mac (keystroke) Application

I run a live event videography company and need to encode and burn many files. I want to create software or an extensive Automator program that utilizes two applications I use to encode, burn, and print. I use Toast Titanium to encode and burn my DVD or blu-Ray and then I use a robotic disk publisher called "Primer bravo" ([url removed, login to view]) which prints a label and then burns the disk. I want to create a software where It will put in all the keystrokes I need, so I can just run the program once instead of having to Go back to the computer every few hours to put it in the next program for the next step.

Here's how I want the program to work:

Enter Disk Title: ______ (John Key's Wedding)

Choose Media Type: DVD or Blu-ray

Choose Media Quantity: ____ (3)

Browse File to Make Disk From: (.f4v Media File From Desktop)

It then takes the file and then enters all the information on Toast Titanium - Then after it completes the .iso file, it opens up PTP Publisher (Bravo Primera Software) and enters the Title info supplied along with media type and quantity.

This solution will be used so beginners can operate the equipment without making crucial errors. Let me know if this is possible
