Delete Unused images from my Wordpress

Hello
I have Wordpress with 2GB MySQL. From what i understand because of its size you cannot run scripts in it, you need to download it change it and upload it.
I have around 400k articles, and i deleted huge amount of articles in the past but their images staid.
What i need:
1. Unused images delete all their sizes
2. On used images delete sizes that not in use, from what i understand there are 2 types sizes that are used:
A. Used by template - it is responsive
B. Used in posts
Bonus:
3. Find what else you can remove from MySQL that i do not need to reduce its size (It killing my CPU).
