Write an iPhone application

We need someone to develop us an app based on Google Map where different users can drop there location pin with details in different layers.

This app should integrate with our sugar CRM. We want to embed this APP with our CRM.

We need the following things to be done;

1: Clients Location Checkins (there route should be saved and we should be able to modify the information and attach to the same checkin )

2: Categories with Different Names (We should be able to assign these checkins to separate categories)

3: Meeting Reminders and Schedules (We should be able to receive reminders for our meetings, we should be able to schedule our meetings with date and time option)

4: We can give or provoke specific access to some users so we need admin and normal user level access system in this app.

5: We should be able to add contact details with contact fields for the checkins that we create.

***Important Note *** We need APP that will run on PC and mobiles. We need someone who can work with us in flexible hours and understands our needs. We will be modifying this app later on if required so please read everything carefully in advance before applying for this project.
