I would like to have an android app developed that is similar in function to Runtastic:

The main features I would require are:
• Use GPS to map and track skating activities (such as date, user, location, start/finish points/times, speed, elevation, incline/grade.
• Use current location or entered address to pin/map skate shops and skate parks. Addresses and phone numbers supported.
• Allow user to rate the surface/location traveled. Rating will be based on accessibility, smoothness, levelness, amount of automobile traffic, and overall rating.
• Use zip code or current location to display areas any data previously mapped/shared by other users.
• Allow users to rate any previously shared locations.
• Display a rating of any location as an average of all ratings received.
• User login and save of data so ratings can be updated at later points
• Additional comments option for any mapping/ratings by users
• Ability for users to post pics of locations. Pics will be available to any user upon clicking a 'photos' link for any location where photos are available. Links only show when photos have been posted. Pics are removable by user who posted. Pics to be stored on a central database?
• Same for video, but videos that can be linked to should be Youtube or similar.
• Flag system for any inappropriate content/listings. After a certain number of flags, content is automatically, temporarily removed and sent to admin for review. Admin can then either permanently remove the content and message the original poster or permanently accept the content and remove flagging option for said content.
• User can optionally post public profiles with social network links.
• Users can contact other users (who are currently sharing their location) through internal messaging system.
