times tables - multiplication app for kids incl. simple voice recognition:
- based on Unity 3D
- 2 versions: lite (free incl. iap to upgrade to premium), premium (paid)
- No adds
- Google Firebase integration
- starting with 2 languages : US English + German. Next version (after 1 month) will include UK English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and French.
- multi language capabilities (text and voice). It should be easy to implement additional languages
- .aiff audio files for speech for every language will be provided: one file per table (eg. 3 times 4 is 12). Need to compress it with Unity to mp3
- design incl. description will be provided, .ai files with layers
- working on all iOS and Android devices - incl. tablets
- development of iOS and Android in parallel
- offline voice recognition: recognize speaking and number of words or length of recording
- app size not larger then 60 MB
* Upfront payment not possible and not negotiable -1st milestone is finalizing and agreeing on wireframe.

Milestones:
1 (10%). Finalize game play (wireframe): description and .ai files with layers will be provided. Checking and accepting resources (audio, fonts, pictures, etc.). Payment after finalization = delivery of agreed wireframe, no resources missing
2. Android development (Milestone 2 - 45 %). Provide working package without any errors, publishing to Google Store by developer. Payment after acceptance. Acceptance means game is published in Google store and can be downloaded. Source code needs to be provided before payment. Milestone can be divided in 2 parts (50/50): Beta + production
3. iOS development (Milestone 3 - 45 %). Provide working package without any errors, publishing to Google Store by developer. Payment after acceptance. Acceptance means game is published in Google store and can be downloaded. Source code needs to be provided before payment. Milestone can be divided in 2 parts (50/50): Beta + production
Next steps:
- accept design and agree on wireframe: resulting in payment of Milestone 1
- deliver app incl. source code and publish in Google store (incl. necessary testing): resulting in payment of Milestone 2
- deliver app incl source code and publish in Apple store (incl. necessary testing): resulting in payment of Milestone 3.
