This is a delivery request receiver app for delivery man. in the app it receives notification on new delivery request. After receiving notification. A 60 sec timer starts, if the user do not open the notification within 60 sec. the notification will be canceled and sends “Canceled” response to server. If user opens the notification before 60 sec. the timer continues inside the app with in a button. The remaining countdown time shows in the app to accept the order. If timer ends and user do not accept, the app sends "Canceled" request to server. for example: if a delivery request notification comes and user opens the notification after 20 sec. in the app there will be 40 sec left to accept the order.
this system is already implemented and working fine in android 7,8,9
Current issue in the project is..
# in Android 6, the notification is not sending “canceled” request to server if notification not opened within 60 sec. And the countdown timer also not starting from the remaining time after opening delivery request notification before time (60 sec) ends.

In android 6.0 there is a big step change. In native mode most of the libraries are changed and deprecated. We need to step with this and let the app send a cancel to the server.
