It's an apple to read news on IPAD. Its reads from a RSS i guess.
Well, we need to develop something very close to it to android in Java. It's not for that newspaper.

* - There should be an area at the left side to show the lastest cover of the edition
* - When user clicks at the cover it must show the archive of covers of the issues
* - When user clicks at an issue it must allow the user to navigate throught pages of the selected issue
The design of the APP must be exactly like that APP to ipad. We liked it very much, even colors can be the same because our magazine use the same colors.
Rules:
a) We need you to deliver the entire source code.
b) We will pay 50% when you show it running(single APK file) and 50% after you deliver the source code and fix the bugs we found
c) The itens marked with * can be developed after the app is done without them with a different bid, but if you want to offer the entire development its fine.
d) It MUST works in cell phones with android or tablets
e) The content of the app (the news, photos, videos, editions images) will be provided by us with XML services throught HTTP protocol. So you dont need to connect to any database or build CRUD system, we will provide every material.
