GIS software development is a big advantage
English: intermediate as a minimum (the team is English speaking)
We are planning to create a customer facing app (mass market).
A developer have to possess the following skills:
The ability to read and write DEM that can be DTM or DSM.
Ability to read and write in DXF files.
The read and write of geotiff images.
Zoom in and out and pane.
Drawing features and save them like shp files in addition to read them.
The ability to prepare and draw the 3D profiles.
The ability to show the DEM in custom color predefined sets.
The dealing with the geographical and projected coordinates systems.
The ability to convert from coordinate system to another.
The existence of layers for the application like layer for DEM, any features in shp files, any objects in dxf file.
Installer that will help in installing the application in the target machines.
