iphone app featuring Koran in Arabic text with Arabic and Bangla audio translation

Benefactor wants a eye-catching iphone app that features the full Arabic Quran/ Koran text. I will include all of the audio files. The audio files should play a Bangla audio translation after the Arabic audio is spoken.
So for example:
Start Quran chapter->verse highlights-> Arabic audio plays for the verse -> Bangla translation plays-> next verse highlights-> Arabic audio plays for the verse, etc.
That is it, just some simple icon files for the verses (ayat), a nice background, an easy to use interface, and correctly timed audio playing.
The audio files are pretty large, so I will dropbox them when contacted/ the project is bid on.
