I have a small website that sells three pieces of clothing. I need the website to be responsive so ppl can shop through their mobile phones. I started the media queries in css but it's taking me too long to figure out so I want to leave it in the hands of an expert.
It's a small website ( less than 10 pages) with very little content so this shouldn't take too long. My budget is $40.
