VPN client for iphone and android

I need VPN client for iPhone and Android that will use the built-in PPTP client to make a connection to our PPTP server.

Here are the features needed:

1-User will be asked to enter username/password once the app started. Then will take them to a menu page; the menu page will show expiration date if any and with a link to connect to VPN and upgrade membership and about us page.

If a new user, there will be a link: CLICK to REGISTER

2-Registration page will have: username, password, email address, I will provide the registration page in php. New members will be given 3-4 days trial period. The registration page I will provide and will set the trial period.

3- From the menu page, users will clik on connect to VPN. If trial period or subscription is ended then there will be a link : Click here to renew/subscribe.

4-preconfigure VPNs will be stored and user will have an option to connect to anyone of them.

5- User will be able to connect/disconnect the VPN manually on the VPN page.

6-Connection will stay alive even if phone goes to sleep unless if VPN is disconnected manually or the phone is turned off.

7-You will submit to applestore and google play including icons and everything.

8-I get the source code.

10-I will set 3 milestones. 15% at the initial start of the project. 42.5% after the app is uploaded and tested by me to apple store and Google play. The remaining %42.5 will be paid after I get the source code.
