Read txt file into MS Access table using VBA

Our company is a service provider in logistics. Quite a bit of our business software is developed using MS Access and VBA.
Presently we need to import a txt file that is generated by a shipping company GLS into an MS Access table.
We would like to do that on a scheduled basis.
So at a specific time the new function can be called and the following should happen:
- check if the txt file exists (function for checking if a file exists is already available)
- read the txt file records and add these in an MS Access table
- Move the txt file to the folder "processed" (function for moving files is available as well)
It is enough to provide a function for importing this txt file. Implementation in the existing MS Access systems will be done by our own IT department.
