On site operation
1- user key in a 4 digit code from ps2-numeric keypad
2- system lookup in mysql db for associated code phone number and relay# (db shall be populated via php & web interface)
3- system dial the phone number from db using voice modem on pst lines
4- remote user get the call on telephone or cell, establish voice communication with the person on site, and send a dtmf to provide relay action on site
5- upon reception of dtmf signal, system activate associated relay #
6- after completion system hang up the pstn line and wait for another code for next user.
(please consider eventual update to hdmi touch screen option for display/input)

3- grant access to relay# via dtmf preset key (0-9) or
4- hang up to terminate and not activate any relay
