I need a tube designed. This tube should be about ten centimeters long, and about one centimeter in diameter. The trick is, I want this tube to somehow, be able to expand to about 4 cm in diameter. Does not need a solid wall, can be made up of say, four sides, walls that expand together in a controlled, tubular fashion.
