magento programmer needed 1st macsmoke

we will do 1-3 points for testing. from this list

we are web design firm, i am looking for a programmer to work with on a continuing basis.

i need someone good with magento. I need you for 3-5 days. 8 hours per day.

the person must be available to on skype for voice chat, and teamviewer, for remote demonstrations and meeting.

i am a project manager, so i will be working with your closely to fix bugs, and do upgrades to the magento system.

you must have very good experience in magento.

good experience to change theme of magento manually.

I will be working with you closely, on a one to one basis, so not do NOT BID on the project, unless you can work like this.

DO NOT BID on this project , if you are not the actually magento programmer. I do not work with middlemen. I work with programmers directly.

I prefer to hire from Phillipins, India, Ukrane......

It is ok, if you dont speak good, as long as you understand english.

i am paying $10 p hour.

i will be monitoring and working with you remotely, till we get it right,.
