I need to know whether or not as the owner of a website, I am legally responsible for what's posted there if I didn't post it.

I will soon be launching a service that will allow anyone to post anonymously and then email a message to someone they intended the post to. The email will go from an address that I specify and the author of the post will not have to disclose her identity. Will I be legally responsible for any damage as the owner of the site or does the responsibility remain with the author of the post, even though they are anonymous.

If I were responsible, how would I go about avoiding that responsibility.

I would also like to have the terms of use and privacy policy documents writen for the site.

If it so happens that I am not responsible for the content of the posts, I would need a legal certification of that that can serve as proof in court. Basically I need to be covered.

I am only looking for specialists in that area of law. I really need to be sure of the answer.

I need to be 1000% sure of the answer you give me.

I need a cv from each bidder.

I would only like to work with people practising this area of law

more details will be discussed with the winning bidder.

Thank you very much.

I don't know whether or not it matters but I am Polish. Poland is a country which has not long ago joined The EU.

I also don't know anything about law, so everything would have to be carefully explained to me.

If after reading this additional info, you need to withdraw your bid, please post it in a PM. thanks.
