I am prototyping a MVP of a makeshift SASE project and need help with building the solution. I have fair understanding of architecture and a vision of the solution but lack the implementation skills.

I will mostly be looking at the portfolio of the candidates and relevant experience of implementing DevOps practices for infrastructure deployment and administration as well as cloud engineering experience.
There are more features I am planning to post, which is developing a squid proxy cluster, RBI solution, integration with cloud SQL and client/GUI development.
Other cloud platforms deployments can be discussed based on the relevant experience.
