File upload attribute in Joomla/VirtueMart

I need a "file upload" field added to attributes in Virtuemart

So, when the customer places an order, there can be a "file upload" with the other attributes where the visitor can upload their photo or artwork. File type should be limited to:

.eps, .ai, .jpg, .gif, .pdf, .psd, .cdr, .zip, .tif

File size limit will need to be pretty large (not sure how large).

When the order is complete, the artwork will need to be emailed along with the other order info and also available in the vm admin panel under "orders".
