Web API with Sample Angularjs app

Hello,
I need a web api with authentication and authorization that will have the following:
- written in c#/.net (not asp.net core)
- using database first, or if code first is used comments on what each does
- authentication for users needing to login to view data
- authorization for user roles
- ability to log in and out
- sample app that displays information from the users
I have a template you can use to show this but you won't need to build any of that yourself. I just need the web api, login and out and examples of how to display that data.
