Static HTML to PUG/JADE

Hi have a static HTML page and would like to have it transferred into a a pug file for node/express:
- split html into [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (extending [login to view URL])
- ensure all references to internal and external CSS and JS Files work
- No node code required (already running), the deliverable are the 2 pug files
