The objective of this simple app is to log a user's emotions at different three different locations (TA's Office, CS Lab, Library)
The application has a simple main input page where the user will submit his current feeling (By clicking a picture of an Emoji).
The client application submits a request to the server to save the:
Emotion
Location
The client app also has menu to show different statistics, for example:
A count hit of each emotion.
Last 10 emotions:
All.
Per Emotion.
Per Location.
The server side is connected to a MongoDB instance and must provide the following main services:
Insert a new emotion to the database.
Provide different statistics from the collection of current emotions saved in the database.
App Requirements
- Responsive design.
- A server-side script which serves a single web page with a GET request and enables a GET request when the user chooses an emotion and location to submit.
- A single web page with dynamic parts in the page getting populated from data in the MongoDB database
