Google Analytics Tracking Script

I need a tracking script written for blackbearlodge.com. Please note there is a booking engine for the hotel on another domain so we will need the link setup. We've had issues in the past with cross domain tracking and showing self referrals within analytics. It is imperative that the ecommerce tracking be setup to accurately track sources of revenue. Additionally the self referrals must not be handled with Google Analytics filters as it is skewing our data sets. Please feel free respond with any questions regarding the project.
