Hello we are looking to install a hosted pedictive dialer into our network and on our own servers.
We have a mutlti national backbone in 10 major metros. We will be using sip, and double leg scenarios.
We need to have the same funtions on this dialer as the following dialing applications:

We are familiar with VICI, and currently have an installed versionon our servers, but are unhappy with performance and UI. All of our programs are written in .net 3.5, ajax, jquery - so if you have solutions written in these languages it will allow us support it.
IF YOU HAVE A MODIFIED VERY VERY IMPROVED HOSTED VERSION OF VICI-DIAL OR A BETTER DIALING APP, THEN PLEASE BID!
WE BELIEVE THAT JAVA BASED ASTERISK DIALING APPLICATIONS ARE TYPICALLY BETTER, AND WOULD PREFER THIS.

Let me clarify - we are looking to build this soley in JAVA and FLEX 3/ Flash Interface.
The system must also be built with an api.
