A project has been awarded to us which we have put that project in the format of a case study in order to deliver a proof of concept and assure the ITSM and ISO20000 is capable of being modeled on this pilot. our client operates in UK , Canada, Austrailia, USA, Taiwan, Ireland, Switzerland and Russia and we would like to hire a freelancer for their ITSM process implementation and quality assurance in order to be achieving balance between creating local capabilityto our client to respond rapidly to their local customers versus the need to achieve cost efficiencies and competitive advantage through standardization and the creation of critical mass in key skills for our client.
the freelancer should also assist in building a portfolio of services that would meet both global and local needs of our client.
