PSD to HTML CSS Bootstrap IPAD IPHONE 11 pages site

it needs to work on computer, ipad/tablet, and special design for iphone/smartphone.
after few weeks trying differents things with differents freelancers, I figured out myself bootstrap might be the best option to adjust automatically to the
computer screen of the computer visitor or the size of the window.
go to [login to view URL] reduce the window and play with the width and you can see the width of the screen auto ajusting and when the window is too small it will even switch to mobile site on a normal computer. it is what I want for [login to view URL]
