Firebase Cloud Function needed for completed app

I already have the project put together, I just need someone who has experience in Firebase Cloud Functions. What I want to do is to generate a random number each day at 12am. If that number has already been called, generate another number and store it in the firebase. I also already have a lits of all the numbers that have been generated with a key.
