Geo Location Error and Map Issue on IONIC

I am implementing map using ionic. map is showing and when i move its moving.
But when I navigate to other page and back to map page, Map sometimes not coming.
Issues to be solved
1. While moving all page is getting refreshed instead of position only.
2. Navigation between pages map is not coming up smoothly.
Below is the code i am using.
