Get Traffic to my Website /build appliance repair backlinks

I designed my appliance repair website which is [url removed, login to view] using a [url removed, login to view] template. The page I want to be optimised for "appliance repair" keywords is [url removed, login to view] I have been working on my SEO by

using a desktop application called iBP. I understand optimization and have done a lot of it on my site including all the meta tags, titles, and descriptions, keywords, robots its, and Alt Images, etc.

However, according to my Top 10 Report from iBP, the elements (see top 10 report) on my site aren't readable.

iBP provided me with a list of possible backlinks partners. If it will help you, you can view and use all the backlinks I recieved from the iBP app on my backlinks pages at [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]

I need someone who can take the backlinks I've already posted (and others you may provide) on my site and get as many backlinks as possible with other "appliance repair" companies. My keywords are "Appliance Repair" so that needs to be the anchor text of other companies.

I am attaching the iBP Top 10 Report from iBP. I have used their program many times to successfully get my sites in the top 5 ranking. The Wix template I used for this website, doesn't seem to have much in the way of HTML code so all the elements are readable.

Please work up a proposal for all the task listed.
