Interior design concepts for small fast food restaurant

We need some interior design concepts for a self-serve frozen yogurt restaurant. The space is small around 700 square feet. We only require concepts right now outlining basic design, pay area, layout, seating, furniture, backroom etc. We do not need hvac, electrical or mechanical drawings. We need these concepts as part of a presentation. If the project gets approved, we will pick 1 concept and then will need a more complete detailed drawing.
We want:
* 2 different design concepts (each design should look like a different place)
* autocad 3d drawings showing each concept
* in full colour
* colour schemes can be basic but still interesting
* must show furniture, pay area, pay tills, self-serve yogurt machines, lighting, floor etc.
I will provide to the winning bidder full details including specifications, area dimensions, seating capacity etc.

*MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW OTHER WORK OR PORTFOLIO
*WINNING BIDDER WILL MAKE CHANGES TO DESIGN IF WE ARE NOT SATISFIED
*ESCROW WILL ONLY BE RELEASED AFTER ALL 3 CONCEPTS ARE COMPLETED
