Colored Digital caricatures hand-drawn from photos

I need caricatures done for 4 dogs, Miniature Australian, American Shepherds in a custom theme, Ranch or farm theme. Would like a little of each dog personality incorporated into the caricature. Will need it in a file that I can use to print pictures from. I do have details for each dog with images of them. I hope from the pictures and details provided a nice product can be done. This will be gift and access to pictures are limited.
