Look at the colored buttons here - http://td-tmz.com. If you click at bottom part of any button, a dark grey popup appears with some options. If any option is chosen you'll see a check that it is selected and delete button. I need a solution close to this one. It will be a matrix of 3x4 elements with 300x500px size. I need all the same features (mark as selected, delete button) as there, but I need more creative solution.
The look&feel is the most important requirement, so links to similar art is a must.
