Fix Responsive Vertical Menu

have a web site - [url removed, login to view] - that has a vertical menu - works fine for PC's - and works fine on Android phones - but when using on IPhone - when you expand the menu and then try and scroll down the menu - it just collapses without hitting the menu bar again. We just need that fixed so the menu works properly with IPhones - We would like this completed ASAP if possible so how soon you can work on it will be an important fact in selecting programmer.
