(Legal) Contract for Graphic Designer and Book Publisher needed

I am currently writing and publishing a book and I am in talks with a graphic designer to do all the art for said book. I need a contract written up to stipulate legally that he (the graphic designer) will receive a certain percentage of the profits made from the book once it is published.
This needs to be legally binding and basically protect me from any debates in the future: The graphic designer will provide ALL artwork and when I am happy he will get a pre-agreed upon percentage of the profits made from the book when it starts selling.
