Landing page design

Looking for a freelancer to develop a landing page website for our company ”TGEP” which will land on top on the search engine results on google, bing, yahoo and other search engines. The freelancer should have through knowledge of the SEO tools and tricks and should implement those while developing the landing page. The content for the landing pages will be similar to the existing eBay page.

without the purchase info. Additional info coming in the landing page will be the contact info sheet. There will be updated pictures in the landing pages.
The keywords where we want to be on top of the search engines includes but not limited to;
“Electric Vehicle Charging Station, EV Charging Station, EV Charging Station Chicago, Clippercreek Charging Station, TGEP”
Ultimately i am looking on "TGEP" to be on top on the search result on the search engines.
