Graphic Artist/Desktop Publisher

We are looking for a graphic artist/desktop publisher to create camera-ready artwork for advertising materials (pens, magnets, tshirts, etc). Should be skilled in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, or similar. Ideally bilingual English & Spanish. Must be able to spell in English and Spanish. This is an on-going project, and will require 2-4 hours per day of work. Mostly, this will involve taking a written description of the ad copy, along with a logo, and creating the artwork file.
A major portion of this will be US addresses and phone numbers, so knowledge of US addressing is required.
