It's not one of the big social networks its and app (ios and android) and a website where users post content to be curated and the apps / website display galleries of that curated themed content.

The mobile app should mimic almost exactly but with different colors and logos the functionality of the existing app. The website and backend can be minimal, Mostly need a website for content to be uploaded by users to go into a queue for our admin to curate and then create the galleries which show up on the mobile apps.

Technology can be in any language as recommended by developer but it must be maintainable.
